The City of Struthers approved an agreement with Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation to act as developer and contractor for eight new homes funded by a $2,750,000 Welcome Home Ohio grant. YNDC will construct and sell the homes to the City for $343,750 per unit, with an additional $20,000 per unit paid after sale to eligible homebuyers, while also providing grant administration and homebuyer support services.
