Talbot County is amending its Comprehensive Water and Sewer Plan to reclassify and remap real property owned by Back Nine, LLC, located on Kemp Road, Easton, Maryland. The change will move the property from "Unprogrammed" to "S-1" Immediate Priority Status, to allow for future sewer connection. The public hearing is scheduled for July 8, 2025.
