The Hawaiʻi Public Housing Authority is working with the Michaels Organization as its development partner on the Kuhio Park Terrace Low-Rises and Kuhio Homes Redevelopment Phase 2, including a 304-unit first phase now moving through financing and construction document preparation. Tenant relocation planning is underway with construction expected to start in 2025.
