Kroger plans $100M project development in Oakwood

Kroger Fulfillment Network, Inc. is planning a project development with a total investment cost of approximately $100,100,000. The Village will use best efforts to apply for grants from the Ohio Department of Transportation, JobsOhio and other sources (i) as to the Roadway (as defined in Exhibit B), up to the sum of $950,000 and (ii) covering the cost of the signalization (estimated to be $125,000 to $150,000), which grants are intended to partially pay for costs of the Public Improvements, provided that the Village shall have no responsibility to pay all or any portion of such Roadway or signalization costs if grants are not awarded. To the extent not covered by a grant(s), Company shall be responsible for payment of all remaining costs of the Roadway. The Village shall be responsible for the costs of signalization.
