The City Commission is asked to approve a Permanent Right of Way Easement from United Cerebral Palsy of Central Florida, Inc. for streetscape improvements along 200 W. Vine Street. The easement will allow wider sidewalks and green space consistent with the City’s Form Based Code requirements.
