BS&A wants the County to sign the contract to move as soon as possible and have indicated that even after the County signs, the County will not be live for over a year and a half. The cost upfront is approximately $27,000. IT Director Tauer was requesting authorization to sign the contract and begin the process of moving BS&A to the cloud. The total cost to move to the cloud was roughly $119,000 over 2 years and approximately $44,000 annually.
