Airport Amends Development Lease With Aircraft Services

The Sarasota Manatee Airport Authority will amend its January 29, 2024 Development and Operating Agreement with Aircraft Services Hangar Group, Inc. to accelerate Parcel II apron construction, add a taxiway H connector, revise premises descriptions, and adjust rent commencement and reclamation terms. The amendment supports expanded aircraft storage, management, and charter operations for heavier aircraft in the airport’s north quadrant.
