Shelby partners with Richland County on CHIP grant

The Shelby City Council authorized the Mayor to enter into a partnership agreement with the Richland County Commissioners for administration of the PY2026 Community Housing Impact and Preservation (CHIP) Grant Program, contingent upon funding. The agreement will support coordinated housing and preservation activities across the participating jurisdictions.
