SMC Development, LLC will develop $80 Million project

The City of Aubrey, Texas and SMC Development, LLC have entered into a Trailhead Development Agreement for the development of approximately 186.78 acres of real property located in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City. The Developer estimates that the cost of the Authorized Improvements will be approximately Sixty Four Million and 00/100 Dollars ($64,000,000.00) and the City will consider the issuance of PID Bonds estimated to be a total maximum of up to EIGHTY MILLION and 00/100 DOLLARS ($80,000,000.00). The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of forty (40) years after the Effective Date.
