Following rescission of an earlier contract, South Pasadena intends to approve a new agreement with Capra Environmental Services to conduct a vegetation management goat grazing pilot program in the Monterey Hills fire hazard areas. The program is proposed as a wildfire risk reduction measure and deemed exempt from CEQA.
