Summit Stage assisting RTA Formation Committee

Summit Stage will provide administrative, technical, and planning assistance to the RTA Formation Committee until the establishment of a statutory Regional Transportation Authority, with assistance from other entities as may be mutually agreed. The term of this MOU shall end on November 1, 2026 unless the Parties to this MOU extend the term of this MOU by written agreement.
