The Linn County Board of Supervisors approved a Sanitary Sewer Discharge Agreement with the Cedar Rapids Linn County Solid Waste Agency for Linn County’s use of the agency’s private sanitary sewer infrastructure. The County will pay an initial $1,000 annual operation and maintenance fee, volume-based sewage disposal charges, and proportional capital improvement costs under a yearly renewing term.
