Description

York County Planning Commission is set to recommend approval of a third modification to the Development Agreement with Crescent Allison Creek, LLC. The modification adds an electrical substation as a permitted land use for a parcel now owned by Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC within POD 1. Council must adopt an ordinance before the agreement takes effect.
