Amazon.com seeks approval for access easement

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Development and Access Easement Agreement with the city. The agreement will provide access and utility easement on an unnamed and unopened platted street. Developer to construct a paved street on the ROW to City design standards. The Developer is responsible for maintenance of the paved portion of the street for a period of five (5) years following acceptance, after which maintenance responsibility shall transfer to the City
