Steuben County Soil & Water Conservation District partnered with the Town of Caton on major drainage projects, including a large culvert and headwall replacement on Birch Creek Road and a 6’ x 70’ culvert under Riff Road by Town Hall. The town contributed trucks, gravel, and traffic control to these improvements.
