The Town of Stowe is considering waiving its purchasing policy bid requirements to retain N.A. Manosh, Inc. for source development construction and testing for the Stowe Alternate Waterworks project. The time-and-materials contract is expected to total between $455,000 and $580,000, funded from Water Fund reserves, and will cover three phases of well rehabilitation, drilling, and yield testing with specialized discharge management.
