Sunshine Health expands supports for Independent Living youth

The Agency for Healthcare Administration’s statewide Medicaid Managed Care contract with Sunshine Health now includes dedicated Independent Living case managers for members ages 17–21 and expanded benefits targeted to foster youth transitioning to adulthood. These services support education, employment readiness, health, and wellness for young adults in Extended Foster Care and related programs starting February 1, 2025.
