The City of Madison has engaged the Upper Minnesota Valley Regional Development Commission (UMVRDC) to prepare a grant application for the Minnesota Department of Transportation's EV infrastructure program. UMVRDC services will be provided at no cost to the city from May 6 to July 30, 2026, as the commission has secured state funding for community assistance.
