Description

The Tulare County Office of Education entered into a master Legal Services Agreement with Lozano Smith LLP effective July 1, 2022 to provide basic and specialized legal services to consortium member school districts, using a per-client/per-ADA fee structure plus hourly billing for specialized work. The agreement renews annually on a fiscal year basis unless terminated by either party.
