The City of Lockhart is utilizing Contract Land Staff (CLS) to provide right of way and negotiation services for obtaining permanent sanitary sewer and temporary construction easements needed for the Lockhart Economic Development Administration Sewer Project. CLS has coordinated appraisals, made initial and final offers to the property owner, and continues to assist the City as it considers eminent domain authorization.
