Nevada’s SOR grant funds Impact Exchange (Trac-B) to run the Overdose and Infectious Disease Prevention Expansion Initiative, expanding harm reduction supplies through vending machines and mail distribution statewide into FFY26. Additional funding supports naloxone and fentanyl and xylazine test strips for northern, rural, and frontier areas.
