Hawaii Public Housing Authority Board of Directors Meeting Agenda April 2026

The Hawaii Public Housing Authority Board will consider adopting property-specific utility allowance rates prepared by National Facility Consultants, Inc. for the federal low-income public housing program for FY 2026–2027. The action would also authorize the Executive Director to take all necessary steps, including accepting resident comments, to implement the new rates effective July 1, 2026.
