Description

The Board of Trustees intends to approve a ground lease and project lease with the Industrial Development Board of the City of Auburn for a new AU-USFWS Cooperative Research Facility at the North Auburn Fisheries Station. The IDB will construct, equip, and lease the approximately 40,000-square-foot facility back to Auburn University for up to 20 years at rent equal to project costs, with nominal $10 per year ground rent.
