Renewal

Term extends until exhaustion of FUNDS and expiration of the three-year documentation retention period, and may be extended by mutual agreement of the parties. County retains a continuing right to terminate at the end of each budget period if sufficient FUNDS are not appropriated, with 90 days’ notice, and either party may otherwise terminate with 30 days’ written notice.
