Lumos Fiber Granted Right to Install Telecommunications

Ordinance to grant Lumos Fiber of South Carolina, LLC, the right to install, construct, and operate wireline telecommunications facilities within the rights of way of the City of Greenville. This will enable them to render telecommunications service to its customers and provide for compensation to the City in accordance with South Carolina Law.
