El Paso County WCID No. 4 authorized InfraPM to submit grant applications on its behalf to the Texas Water Development Board for up to $5 million and to the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation for up to $1.5 million in WaterSMART funding. InfraPM will provide technical and grant-preparation services supporting a new well project and completion of the district’s digital meter change-out program.
