Initial term runs through 2026-06-30 with the agreement described as perpetual and automatically renewed year-to-year. Participating districts must commit for at least one school fiscal year and may terminate at the end of a fiscal year with written notice to the Evergreen Superintendent by April 1. Agreement may be modified by Evergreen School Board and majority of participating districts and terminates if Evergreen can no longer provide the program.
