S.A. Comunale Co. will repair and replace the hot water tank for Kenmore Stadium. The project includes demo existing backflow, install new 3" backflow with non-rising stems and re- work 2" drain to catch water from the relief valve; excavate the existing water line from curb box to the water leak located under asphalt area that is approximately 15 feet away; replace piping from the curb box connection to the underground leak; pressure test all water lines before backfilling; repair leaks from the multiple lines that froze and broke during the severe cold spell that occurred in January 2025; demo existing boiler, install/supply a new Bradford White 40-gallon hot water tank with S.A.
