The Board of Higher Education approved the Massachusetts State College Building Authority to initiate the Westfield State University Apartments Renovations project, with an estimated total cost of approximately $6.08 million. Up to $5 million in tax-exempt bonds will be issued by the Authority to reimburse the Commonwealth for eligible project expenditures between May 2025 and June 2026.
