Miami County in partnership with the City of Troy, Piqua and Tipp City, Ohio will receive $263,466 in CHIP funding allocated to the City of Troy to complete housing rehabilitation projects and includes $18,200 for administrative costs. Troy agrees to administer three Owner Rehabilitation and two Owner Home Repair projects in the City of Troy.
