St. Bernard Parish Government plans to enter a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with Elaine P. Nunez Community College under which the college will design and construct a 1,000‑seat baseball stadium and related site improvements on Parish land. In return, the Parish will lease the land for the facility, with ownership of improvements reverting to the Parish if the project is not completed or if operations cease.
