The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services entered into an Intergovernmental Transfer of Public Funds Agreement with the City of Grinnell to fund the non-federal share of Medicaid reimbursements for uncompensated ground emergency medical transportation costs. The one-year agreement, effective July 1, 2027 through June 30, 2028, requires Grinnell to transfer qualifying public funds, maintain supporting records, and return any disallowed or excess payments.
