Initial term runs through June 30, 2028, and the agreement continues thereafter until terminated by either party’s chief administrative officer with six months’ written notice; capacity allocations for 25,000 gpd and the optional 10,000 gpd may be reduced by Fluvanna with six- and three-month notices respectively if system capacity is constrained.
