Governing Body is considering a request for $10,000 from the Wellington Recreation Commission (WRC). WRC has an agreement with the City to provide programming, manage janitorial, light maintenance, and landscaping at the Memorial Auditorium and the Armory. The WRC plans to relocate programs held in the City facilities to its new facility on Woodlawn.
