Kennett Area Park Authority Awards Professional Services Contract to Nai Emory Hill Real Estate Services Inc (April 2023)

Two (2) years from April 2023 as part of Brokerage Team, plus separate two (2) year property management term for 600 South Broad Street, each subject to automatic one (1) year renewals upon 90 days’ notice and Borough approval; terminable by either party on 60 days’ notice

Initial brokerage and property management terms are each two years starting April 2023. Upon written request by Emory Hill at least 90 days prior to term expiration and with Borough approval, each agreement automatically renews for one-year periods. Either party may terminate with 60 days’ written notice. Project management fees apply only to Borough Council pre-approved capital projects not outsourced to construction management firms.
