Description

The University of Northern Colorado Board of Trustees is considering approval of the first amendment to its operating agreement with the University of Northern Colorado Foundation. The amendment provides for President Feinstein’s transitional role with the Foundation, effective August 2, 2026 through May 2, 2027, with no change to the Foundation’s or University’s existing responsibilities.
