Description

Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office was awarded a $500,000 grant by the United States Department of Justice, Office of Violence Against Women to enhance investigation and prosecution of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault and stalking . The Unified Police Department (UPD) has agreed to commit one of its officers to provide the services required by the County to fulfill the terms of the EIP Initiative grant and the County has agreed to reimburse UPD for the officer's time.
