Benbrook City Council approved an Advanced Funding Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation to upgrade signage and pavement markings at the Winscott Road Union Pacific railroad crossing at no cost to the City. Under the agreement, TXDOT will fund and perform the work while the City assumes responsibility for ongoing maintenance of markings and warning signs.
