The Town of Gill is entering into a professional services agreement with the Franklin County Regional Housing and Redevelopment Authority for up to $270,000 to administer and implement the FY2025 Gill and New Salem Housing Rehabilitation Program under the Mass. CDBG grant from October 2025 through March 2027. The consultant will provide full grant administration, financial management, and housing rehab program delivery services.
