Oregon Approves OVI Task Force MOU With Sheriff

The Oregon City Council approved Ordinance 149-2025 authorizing a memorandum of understanding and contract with the Lucas County Sheriff's Office for participation in a countywide OVI Task Force. The agreement will allow the Oregon Police Division to conduct reimbursed OVI enforcement activities under an annual state safety grant.
