The Streets & Sidewalks Committee recommended, and Resolution R-33-2026 would authorize, a grant agreement with the USDOT Build America Bureau for $860,000 in Rural and Tribal Assistance funds to design improvements at the West Main Street and Experiment Farm Road intersection. The emergency measure enables Troy to secure reimbursement for most design costs ahead of a July 1 acceptance deadline.
