The Town of Annetta is considering a Water Tower Lease Agreement with Skybeam, LLC d/b/a Rise Broadband. The town is working with existing tenants and town attorney is in process of reviewing draft of agreement for a possible new tenant. Council member stated that the revenue from each tenant is $6,000 per year.
