Linn County Subaward to Trees Forever for Tree Grant

Linn County plans to enter into a subaward agreement with Trees Forever, Inc. to provide up to $27,840.00 in reimbursable funding for tree purchases and labor under the Iowa DNR 2026 IRA Iowa Tree Planting Grant. The project will increase opportunities to protect, enhance, and expand community forests from July 1, 2026 through December 1, 2027.
