Regional Stormwater Consortium Agreement Term Extended

By adopting Amendment #2, Hanover Borough and other members will extend the York County Stormwater Consortium’s cooperative agreement through December 31, 2030. The consortium coordinates regional stormwater and Chesapeake Bay pollutant reduction efforts without adding new financial obligations under this extension.
