Agreement runs through June 30, 2027 and may be renewed by the School District of Mishicot for successive one-year terms if it is not in default, with written notice to Kiel at least three months before term end. Mishicot may withdraw entirely with six months’ written notice prior to term end; outstanding obligations survive withdrawal.
