Proposal from Dornbos Sign, Inc. to make the "Welcome to Olivet" signs with the updates at a cost not to exceed $1,290.65. The cost of the Welcome signs and the repairs to the framework will be shared as follows: The University of Olivet will pay 50%, and OCS and the City will each pay 25%. The City will pay for all costs of the new Municipal building sign.
