Under the interlocal agreement with Indian River County, Fellsmere Water Control District will continue its ditch maintenance contract with Tradesman for regular ditch cleaning using a leased excavator, capped at 4,500 hours through October 1, 2026. The FY 2026/2027 budget also allocates $150,000 in contract labor to Tradesmen International for ongoing maintenance personnel needs.
