Through the IU 13 electricity program, the district will consider agreements with NRG Direct Energy for electricity supply to Akron and Clay Elementary Schools from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029. The contracts include a fixed adder product confirmation and a sixth amendment to the existing electricity program agreement.
