Strasburg-Franklin Local Schools authorized Superintendent Vince Lindsey to work with Vista Consulting Group, LLC on a School Energy Performance Contracting project, using a waiver of competitive bidding under HB264 guidelines. A fixed-amount contract, to be funded through guaranteed energy savings over a term of up to 15 years, will be executed upon Ohio Facilities Construction Commission approval and final Board approval.
