TECHNOLOGY

36‑month subscription commencing 90 days after Effective Date, with automatic 12‑month renewals

Initial software services term is 36 months starting 90 days after the Effective Date. Thereafter, the subscription automatically renews for successive 12‑month terms unless the customer provides written non-renewal notice at least 90 days prior to expiration of the initial or then-current term. Annual fees may increase on renewal based on the National Consumer Price Index (CPI) or 4% of the prior year’s fees.
